Community Guidelines

Our standard

bluq should be a respectful, safe place for creators and members. These guidelines apply to all posts, comments, profiles and messages.

Allowed

• Your own content to which you hold all rights
• Friendly, respectful conversation
• Constructive criticism

Not allowed

• Any content involving or referring to minors
• Content without the consent of everyone depicted
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination
• Glorification of violence, illegal goods or services
• Spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation
• Sharing, downloading or republishing paid content
• Requests to meet offline for payment
• Infringing copyright, trademarks or personality rights

Reporting

Report violations to abuse@bluq.de with a link and short description. We review every report, inform you of the outcome and give reasons for decisions.

Consequences

Depending on severity: removal, warning, temporary or permanent suspension, reporting to authorities for criminal offences.

Complaints

You can appeal decisions within 6 months at abuse@bluq.de (Art. 20 DSA). A person, not only an automated system, reviews every appeal.
